ZCI Residential did a great job at our house. Daniel and Amanda were able to get us fully approved for our roof and our awning and part of our fence. They replaced the roof in one day and cleaned up great. I was so pleased with the job they did and how well they worked with my insurance that I referred them to my neighbors. They also got one of them approved for a roof and chimney replacement, and are working with another neighbor right now. They did all of the work with the insurance so we didn't have to worry about anything.

From start to finish they did a fantastic job. The crew showed on time and treated our home and property like it was there own.
They removed our old roof and found some of the deck boards were damaged. They replaced about 5 sheets . They explained everything they were doing to insure we would be happy with the final product and service.

ZCI was fantastic when I had a full replacement this past Spring 2021. I worked primarily with Jason Jones, but the other staff were great as well. They did a complete roof replacement, including the deck boards beneath the shingles on our ~1,400 sq ft ranch plus a covered porch.
The crew arrived around 7am and had the job completed by about 6pm. It was incredible they could get that much done in one day. I had a couple of neighbors say how amazed they were that the crew had the whole attic exposed and was worried it might rain and then they had the shingles done by the end of the day! They also had the entire perimeter tarped off to catch construction debris to keep them out of the yard and driveway.
I shopped around and ZCI had very competitive and affordable prices compared to what I researched. Very pleased with the process from start to finish!
