From a contractor perspective, ZCI has been great to work with. We’ve collaborated on a number of projects and passed referrals both ways, and I have recommended them to family and friends as well. ZCI has been reliable and responsive, and I would trust them to do any work they take on to a high degree of quality and to ensure that homeowners are not taken advantage of like they might be by a less reputable company. The guys I’ve personally interacted with have all been honest and hardworking, I’d be comfortable having any of them do work on my house.
